Altitude and Aspects: South , 360 meters above sea level
Soi: Deep, rich in fine gravels
Vineyard: Organic fertilization , legume green manure and mechanical weeding
Training method: Inverted and double guyot
Grapes: Verdicchio di Matelica
Harvesting: Hand harvesting during the last part of September; use of small crates, selection of the bunches directly in the vineyard
Winemaking: Soft pressing of the grapes in a reductive environment and must filtering by flotation. Alcoholic fermentation in steel under controlled temperature
Aging: 6 months in steel before aging in bottles for other 6 months
Serving temperature: 12°C
