Altitudes and Aspects: South East; South West. From 200 to 280 meters above sea level
Soil: Deep, medium-textured, mainly clay, located on a hill
Vineyard: Sustainable management through natural methods of defense and organic fertilization, legume green manure and mechanical weeding
Training method: Single guyot
Grapes: Ribona
Harvesting: Hand harvesting between the first and the second parts of September. Use of small crates, selection of the bunches directly in the vineyard
Winemaking: Soft pressing of the grapes in a reductive environment. Must filtering by flotation. Alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperature in steel
Aging: 4 months in steel tanks before aging in bottles for other 3 months
Serving temperature: 12°C
